SUCCESSFUL LOAN REPAYMENT

The first group of Disenfranchised Business Women (16) rejoined the program after successfully repaying their $200 Business Start Up Loan.

NEW PROJECT MEMBERS

Our Disenfranchised Business Women Project Agroecology is expanding. A new group of 31 women successfully joined the project today. Totaling 103 disenfranchised women running businesses to take care of their families as well as the ecological system.

Smiles of Wisdom provided a Financial Literacy Workshop for 24 youths.

Smiles of Wisdom members & volunteers joined NYC Park Stewardships, at Idlewild Park, Rosedale, Queens, in giving tender loving care to Mother Earth by planting "Winged Sumac and Pine Trees.

In the spirit of Valentine's Day, throughout the month of February, Smiles of Wisdom acknowledged multiple professionals in our community by sharing loving treats with them.

  AGROECOLOGY PROJECT LAUNCH

The Business Women Agroecology Project was launched with 19 disenfranchised on board. It is an ongoing project.
